Not every treatment is a one session miracle…

Recovery usually takes patience and a solid evidence-based plan.

And when it works, we do the internal runway walk. 💃

Your upper back does not get much love during the day.

Long hours at a desk, driving, or scrolling can leave it feeling stiff. 🪑

Simple rotation drills like the Open Book exercise help encourage movement through the mid back, support better posture, and reduce the feeling of stiffness that builds up during the day.

📣 A small reminder to move your body during the day. Even a few minutes can help break up long periods of sitting.

👉 If you have an injury or ongoing symptoms, speak with a healthcare professional before trying new movements.

📋The plan: Hold the squat for 5 seconds.

✅ Team strength: 10/10!
⏳ Team timing: Let's just say it's still in development.

Good thing we enjoy working hard and laughing along the way!
