When people are grieving, they often feel like they have to hide their emotions to avoid making others feel uncomfortable.

But you’re not meant to walk through grief on your own! It’s okay to be vulnerable and ask for help from the people in your support system. Sharing your feelings won’t make the grief go away, but it can make a difficult time a little easier.
