Event Medic Services is a National Provider of professional and experienced Emergency Care Physicians, Paramedics, EMT's and Personal Protection & Medical Escort's as well as other safety personnel. We provide medical coverage for individuals or special events such as Movie & TV Production Sets, Concerts, Festivals, Sporting & Extreme Events, Construction Sites, and other Public Gatherings. Our national network of bilingual medical professionals enables us to serve your needs both nationally and internationally. We will use the best medical and safety equipment available and will provide the most efficient medical assistance possible. All of our personnel will meet or exceed all OSHA, ECC, state and local guidelines for First Aid, CPR and Safety in the workplace and will be experienced in the job that has been assigned to them. They will be ready to work at your assigned time and location. For the purposes of Quality Assurance, an Event Medic Services owner will conduct unannounced and discrete inspections of our personnel while at your site. You will be provided with a written report of our findings during these visits. Our on site medics will always have the ability to immediately contact and consult with additional medical assistance if needed and a full report will be provided by our staff for every person examined or treated no matter how minor the incident. We are properly insured and our insurance provides coverage for damage to property, liability and medical malpractice. Here we go again ! Another great Spartan Race on the great island of Oahu ! This years Beast, Ultra and Sprint race will be held at the Dillingham Ranch in Waialua Hawaii the weekend of 8/16 & 8/17. We are looking to add to our medical team experienced EMT's, NREMT's. Paramedics, Nurses and medically trained Military personnel. As in the past, we will cover the cost of lodging, food, supplies and equipment. You will need to provide airfare. EVENT MEDIC SERVICE wants to extend our deepest sympathy to everyone affected by HURRICANE HELENE and extend our support to all of our team members and their families who may have been impacted by this devasting storm. We are here for you and you should contact us if you, your family or loved ones need our assistance in any way.

After making landfall as a Category 4 hurricane on Sept. 26 and tearing through the Gulf Coast of Florida, Helene plowed north through Georgia and walloped the Blue Ridge Mountains, washing out roads, causing landslides and knocking out power and cell service for millions of people.

Across western North Carolina, towns were destroyed, water and fuel supplies were disrupted, and residents were in a communications black hole, scrambling for Wi-Fi to try to reach friends and family. Officials raced to rescue survivors, locate victims and restore flood-damaged water systems.

The chaos in the state was part of a path of destruction that Helene carved through the region, including portions of Tennessee, South Carolina and Virginia. As of Oct. 4, there were more than 225 confirmed deaths from the storm.
