Convention kit ordering FAQ

What is the price and PV for the Convention Kit?

$165 with 120 PV. Limit of 2 per account

Will the kits be available on LRP?

No, Kits will only be available for standard orders. Different from years past we’re allowing early purchasing access to anyone regardless of being registered. Although we’ve allocated a good amount of inventory, there is a limited supply so streamlining the ordering process via a standard order is critical.

Will I earn points for my Convention Kit order?

Yes, you will earn points on your Convention Kit if you have an LRP in September of at least 50 PV. You earn points based on your LRP Percentage

Are there add-ons with the Convention Kit?

Yes, there are 6 available add-ons with a limit of 2 per account. You will have the option to pick and choose your add-ons but if you elected to go with all 6 (including the kit) pricing is $433 with 200 PV.

Do I need a livestream ticket to purchase the Convention Kit?

No, you do not need a livestream ticket, the kits will be available on doterra.com. Different from years past, everyone has the ability to purchase as soon as we go live regardless of registration.

Do we anticipate that the kits will sell out quickly?

We do anticipate that the kits could sell out quickly, if the site is overwhelmed with traffic members will see a queuing system to maintain stability and avoid issues in checkout but this will be treated as a standard LTO.

When will Convention Kits be available?

Convention Kits will be available the evening of the product reveal session on September 9. As your watching the product reveal session we will announce as soon as its live.
