I am a professional educator with a passion for learning and finding the most effective ways to share my learning. For years I focused on academic ideals to expand students’ knowledge, understanding, and critical thinking skills. In the past years, though, I have become inspired to learn and share not only how to improve the mind but also to promote positive thinking and healthy living for the mind, body, and spirit.

My purpose now is to promote positive paths and perspectives and encourage people to achieve healthy, non-toxic living. My ultimate goal is Confidence, Health, Joy, and Self-Fulfillment for as many people as possible.
