I hope you enjoy and thanks for stopping by! Hi I'm Stephanie and I'm interested about health and well-being. So I made this forum to post trial and errors with my own body,
and as an open place for others to do so as well. I don't think there is a 'one size fits all' ideal for people and their health-- that's why I created this blog. So that people can learn what others have done, and experiment

in their own lives to see how they are affected. I think that one's well-being is an evolutionary process that transforms as one grows so it is vital to be open and aware to new thoughts being presented in the world. Health should be taken seriously and be a top priority because without it we cannot function in any other area of life.
