You’re not alone. Yes the hurricane sucks, power being off sucks, people dying super sucks, being hot, no shower, no prime movies, if your house is gone, no good, and all the other stuff that the storm dropped on us. You’re right. It sucks!!! But, you’re not alone. If you read this and you need someone to chat with, send me a message or post on this post. I want to say it’s going to be ok. And maybe it will. Until then reach out to me or someone and share how you feel. Chances are really good they feel the same way and want to chat with you too. 🤗

What Does Undiagnosed ADHD Look Like?
Restlessness, Disorganization, Problems With Motivation, Lack of Focus, Forgetfulness, Time Management Issues, Shifting Emotions, Indecisiveness.
Only about 20% of people with ADHD symptoms seek help for their symptoms and don't know why they struggle with life's challenges.
