Mom, Wife, ME I LOVE to write. I love to let people know what my thoughts are, how I'm feeling and what I'm up to that's amazing OR difficult!!! :)

I am a Registered Professional Counsellor and I specialize in Disordered Eating, Body Image/Self Esteem, Anxiety Issues and Addictions. I believe in changing ones HEAD/HEART before trying to change ones body. I do NOT believe in scales as a measurement for ANYTHING - especially self worth! I DO believe that I can help people move forward into loving themselves enough to want what is best and therefore make the necessary changes! I want to ENJOY life to the fullest and have those around me do the same!
