I am a Birth Doula(CBD) and Massage Therapist(RMP) who is privileged to provide support and relaxation to my clients. Doulas are independent and self-employed.

Birth/Labor Doula Services
• 2 prenatal visits: parent's preparation & desires for birth
• phone support during pregnancy 24⁄7
• assistance in creating a birth plan
• labor support at home & at the hospital
• emotional, physical, & informational support for labor/birth
• 1 postpartum visit
• 1 postpartum phone call

Reflexology
Able to work hands and feet in one session or just feet depending on your personal preference.
$20 for 30 minutes work

Full body Swedish Massage
$60 (for 60 minutes)

Prenatal Massage
$70 (for 60 session)

Chair Massage
$1 per minute

What is a Doula? A Doula accompanies women in labor to help them have a more satisfying
birth experience. She provides emotional, physical comfort and, as needed,
communication with the staff to make sure that you have the information you
need to make informed decisions as they arise in labor. A Doula can provide
reassurance and perspective to you and your partner, make suggestions for labor
progress, and help with relaxation, massage, positioning and other techniques
for comfort. I work for you, not
