What are you craving? Does it lead to life or death? A funeral or a feast? The craving only controls what we allow it to. The next time that craving (whatever it is) hits you in the face like a brick wall, stop a minute, take a breath, and ask yourself if giving in will lead you where you want to go. I know it's hard. I battle it in some form every day. But living in constant defeat and less than your best is harder. It's time for us to choose our hard. Let's choose the hard that provides the reward of life and blessings.
