I was never into eating raw food and salad. In fact, I loved the spicy indian food on any time of the day. When yoga and workouts helped me in listening to my body - the gentleness, the calmness.. it just made me peaceful in a way I can’t describe.
Now, I am naturally open to eating fruits and salads. The number of chapatis (Indian breads) that I eat has automatically gone down. Even though, there is a regret that I didn’t start yoga much earlier in my life. The happiness of now finding something meaningful is unbeatable.

I am full of thoughts whenever I step on my yoga mat but after a few minutes or sometimes several minutes, there comes one asana that takes away all the tension from the body and mind. Isn’t it a beautiful phenomenon?
