Hello, my beautiful friends!

I have a weekly Akashic Records coaching container starting tomorrow!

I’ve been a therapist for over 20 years and I love creating spaces where we can honestly meet everything that is coming up in our lives and hearts, invite our souls in, and gain perspective on their purpose and steps we are meant to take forward.

This will run for three months and is intended as a supportive space for the winter months and the holiday season, when we can get more easily shaken by scenarios and people around us.

It’s time to take a leap of faith.

Leaning out of your comfort zone is necessary right now.

You aren’t going to find the answers, or successfully settle, by continuing to come to into centeredness where you are.

Acceptance & appreciation are beautiful. You’ve done that well, which is why you’re being pulled into more.

More is inevitable as you attune further to the infinite.

If you want to stop spinning your wheels, you need to step into some stretchy action.
