Noro virus, the flu, the common cold...sound familiar? That was my entire family every single year! Constantly sick. Elena had chronic ear infections and we spent so many days locked up in our home feeling AWFUL. I was introduced to elderberry syrup when I started to research the benefits and how to make it. We take our elderberry syrup religiously for 5 days a week and we feel amazing. 3 years ago was the first time that Noro virus was going around town and we didn’t get it! I was sold after that and wanted to launch a business to help family and friends get healthy, too. Elena’s Elderberry was then born! My 9 year old has taken the reigns on her small business and learned an incredible amount. Being a home school family, this has opened a lot of opportunity to interact with people, learn math and business, make a safe and healthy product, and so much more.
