I am a mother of two amazing children that fill my life with so much joy. I am also a Medical Doctor, Clinical Nutrition Consultant, Holistic Health Coach, Certified Behavioral Change Therapist, 200 RYT Yoga Teacher and Registered Dietician, with over 20 years of experience. When I am not working I enjoy reading, writing, dancing, meditating, and sitting quietly listening to the sounds of the earth. Through my practice in the Medical field, I was taught to treat the disease, not the whole person. By shifting from the traditional disease-centered practice of medicine to a patient-centered approach, I have helped hundreds of women lose weight, improve their digestion, strengthen their immune system, balance their hormones, reverse their autoimmune disease, find more focus and clarity, experience better sleep and feel energized. I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their sense of who they are, nourishing their body with whole real food and finding their true purpose in life. Taking everything that I have learned over this 20 year journey and applying it in my life and others’ lives has been the best, and most challenging, part of my life. I found empowerment, inspiration, strength, joy and connection. In my wellness journey, I learned how to become the best version of myself. This is what I want for you.
