New England Fitness & Wellness ™ Yoga for Holistic Healthcare & Lifestyle Management

Training in Small Groups & 1-On-1 Available i If you cannot come to us, we will come to you!

New England Fitness & Wellness™ is a service run by Lifestyle Management Specialist™ Jeffrey Konich

Training is offered in groups or private sessions at multiple locations. Depending where you live/how far you are willing to drive you will have a few different options. However, Jeff recognizes that some people may not be comfortable in group classes or may just not possess the time to drive back

and forth to any of the locations. That is the unique aspect to New England Fitness & Wellness™, in that it is a traveling service! You can meet with Jeff in virtually any mutual location or he can come right to your house! If all else fails (or you just prefer to minimize your scheduling commitments) we can do private sessions via Skype as well! Great for work-at-home individuals! With our guidance you will discover ways to bring your life in to balance! Always moving at your own pace, we will work together setting and surpassing goals and most of all getting results quickly! The style of training you experience will be adapted to fit your individual goals and/or needs. Services offered in the areas indicated below (but not limited to):

•Yoga
This is the base ingredient in our fitness program. You will learn how to focus inward and take things on a breath-by-breath basis, starting with coordination of movement and breath. We will move through basic positions that support stabilization of the hips as well as the spine. This will ultimately lead you to a balanced state of body and mind, where you will be able to apply yourself better in all areas of fitness and Life!

•KICK (Kenpo Infused Cardio Kickboxing™)
This is a dynamic workout utilizing explosive cardio/aerobic exercises combined with motions found in the Martial Arts. Here you will build off of the focus, flexibility, balance, and mobility gained from the yoga training and reach new levels of cardiovascular endurance. You will experience a full body workout that will train you to dig deep and be all that you can be while challenging yourself in a fun and exciting way!

•Core Conditioning
Strengthening the core is the most important aspect to success in your training. While the core is worked in every workout, here we focus specifically on strengthening the abs, both in the front and along the sides of the body, as well as the muscles around the shoulders, pelvis, and along the spinal column. This will allow the rest of your body to have a balanced foundation to build off of.

•Resistance/Weight Training
Weather you are looking to increase muscle size, strength, endurance, or all 3, you will find what you are looking for here. We combine a variety of training methods which focus on major muscle groups, while targeting other areas of the body at the same time. This will ensure that you have a full body workout (burning the most calories) while maintaining focus on the targeted areas of each workout session.

•Nutrition/Lifestyle Consulting
We will work closely with you to set up a realistic nutrition/diet plan. We will develop a system of training that will fit in nicely with your lifestyle and individual needs and goals. Visit www.nefitness-wellness.com
