ADHD Counseling & Consulting, LLC Dr. Kathleen Osborne, PhD. Licensed Clinical Psychologist . I am committed to offering in depth thorough assessments that go beyond surface-level evaluations.

ADHD Counseling & Consulting is a specialized practice dedicated to providing comprehensive psychological testing and therapy for adults with ADHD and associated conditions. As a Licensed Psychologist with over 17 years of direct experience with ADHD presentations in children, adolescents, and adults, I have a passion for understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by individuals with

ADHD. Understanding that ADHD often coexists with other mental health challenges I employ a holistic approach. I aim to uncover the intricacies of each individual's cognitive profile, emotional well-being, and daily functioning, empowering them to thrive in both personal and professional spheres. ADHD does not have to limit a person in what they can achieve. At this time my primary focus is on comprehensive psychological testing for ADHD and associated conditions in adults. This may include Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) on a case by case basis. I also carry a small therapy case load. As the practice grows evaluation services for individuals under 18 will be included, and other therapists will be brought on to offer therapy for individuals 18 and older. I also plan to eventually offer consultation services to other professionals and parents who need tips and advice for helping their child or adolescents with their ADHD symptoms. At this time I am awaiting accreditation with the following insurance companies: BCBS, Tricare, Aetna, and United Health.

Hello!
I am thrilled to announce the launch of my new practice, ADHD Counseling & Consulting, LLC. This specialized practice is dedicated to providing comprehensive psychological testing and support services tailored for adults with ADHD, neurodiversity, and related conditions.
About ADHD Counseling & Consulting, LLC
At ADHD Counseling & Consulting, LLC, I am committed to offering in-depth psychological testing for ADHD and its associated conditions. Recognizing that ADHD often intersects with various mental health challenges—such as depression, anxiety, social anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder, dyslexia, tics, and sensory processing issues—as well as medical conditions like sleep disorders, sleep apnea, autoimmune issues, thyroid dysfunction, and vitamin deficiencies, I take a holistic approach to each assessment. This ensures that every client's unique needs are thoroughly evaluated and addressed.
Services Offered
• In-Depth ADHD Assessments: Using evidence-based tools and techniques to provide accurate diagnoses.
• Evaluation of Co-Occurring Conditions: Understanding the interplay between ADHD and other mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and learning disabilities.
• Personalized Feedback and Recommendations: Offering customized strategies and interventions to help clients manage their symptoms effectively.
• Consultation Services: Working collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive treatment plans for each client.
Current Focus and Future Plans
My current focus is on providing comprehensive psychological testing for ADHD and related conditions in adults. This includes, on a case-by-case basis, evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). I also maintain a small caseload of therapy clients.
As my practice grows, I plan to expand therapy services and, starting in the fall, there may be limited availability for testing individuals under 18. Please stay tuned for updates on these services.
Insurance Accreditation
I am currently awaiting accreditation with the following insurance companies: BCBS, Tricare, Aetna, and United Health.
Looking Forward
I believe strongly in the value of collaboration and continuous learning and look forward to connecting with fellow practitioners and advocates in the ADHD and neurodiversity community.
