Now that’s it’s been a year of progress through Hot Yoga Etowah’s Bandasana program
I want to start highlighting our amazing Hot Yogis. 😍

🤩First up is Sydney Smith! 🤩

This amazing young woman has influenced and inspired so many other women to step out of their comfort zone and try something new.

She brought her mom and sister in and they do the thing as a trio! And Crush!!

Syd, dedicates her life to being a teacher to our youth. She is a believer in the lord and is a strong and powerful person.
She is an amazing artist and has become someone I chat business ideas with, because I know she will give me her honest opinion.
I am so grateful to have her as part of our growing Hot Yoga Community.

Keep crushing Ms. Smith! 💪😘

that Hot Yoga has all the benefits of yoga -- strengthening, increasing flexibility and toning -- but the added heat puts pressure on your cardiovascular system and therefore turns it into a real workout? And now we have a place to do that safely and with good instruction right here in Gadsden? And did you know that Hot Yoga Etowah is a generous donor to our volunteer recognition event?
