I speak a lot about how everything in our bodies work together. For example, if your lower back hurts, most likely your hip flexors and anterior muscles need to be released. Sometimes the body responds in different ways than we’re used to thinking.🌿
My motto through the years has been a holistic and yet therapeutic route of recovery for my clients and myself. I don’t believe healing is linear, it really is a BODY, MIND, SPIRIT, and HEART ♥️ journey. Every one is on a different level or path to healing and I try to treat each individual accordingly.
So on this reflective Saturday of mine, try to be patient with yourself. Speak (out loud) life, forgiveness, peace, and love to your body. We all cannot get enough of that.🫶
