Have your breakfast like a King . Really ??

Since ages every one of us must have heard this saying . Is there any point in that . I may say yes . Because our Brain consumes most of its energy from your breakfast after a long night fast.

Does that mean We can have 3 parathas , full butter chicken and an extra sugar juice . No definitely not . This is were we mistook the word " Kings Breakfast". Kings won't take junk food they take Nutritious Break fast. So we must be having Nutrition rich , vitamin rich , and general rich breakfast . Doesn't that sound logical .

We we put proper fuel the machine will give perfect result just like that if we provide perfect food Our body will heal itself .

All of us might have made this a milliion times . I did any way .
Day 1 reacched nearest slimming centre

Weight check , Some talks about my weight , Assessment of my calorie intake

Boring advices on how much calorie I should burn

Eventually i am stuffed with so much information which i cant process

Got hell of a Diet plan

Got a series of Work out plans

Diet stays for 3 days and breaks of Cousins wedding , or friends party

Work out for a week and ends with a late slepp

Again Back to ground zero.

This is a never Ending Saga . This time no such things which you may opt to drop the trial . One month experience you will never back off

We hear this a lot now a days. Do we really mean it. I doubt that.

1. Dull Faced evenings
2. Energy less day
3. Live like a shadow among the team
4. Dry and Dull skin
5. Glow less face
6. Expression of defeat across the face

Does all these sound familiar. I used to know these feelings. Till I started to feel there is a lot of stuff in me and that choice made a lot of difference.
