We're back. It's been a minute since my last podcast but I'm back. This podcast is for women looking to recover their health after a breast cancer diagnosis and like many of us I feared recurrence. Unfortunately, I got dealt another hand with a stage 4 cancer diagnosis and it's been quite a ride. This is my
re-premiere episode and I want to thank my listeners and thank you for the e-mails and support since I last posted and commit to bringing you as much education and information as I can to help kick this disease to the curb and get back to living. We've all got s**t to do!

I know today is the "1st" day of a new diet for many people. I just urge you to avoid falling into a fad diet mentality and really think about your health goals . It's not just about weight or counting calories. Nutrition should help us reduce infalmmation, decrease bloating, have better energy and mental focus. That doesn't necessarily happen on a traditional diet.
