NEW Pilates Fundamentals - Teaser Workout 2021 now online!

This fun and controlled workout teaches you the steps to master the intermediate Pilates exercise Teaser. The Teaser is great for balance, flexibility and spinal mobility because you need to use your entire core and back to maintain the upright V position. This is great to practice if you want to strengthen your external obliques, re**us abs and hip flexors. I hope you enjoy!

Pilates lovers! Commencing in 2021 I will be teaching a week of mindful Pilates classes full of burn 🔥 and laughs, with a beautiful mind, body, soul flow. In this moment of so much change and transition I hope these practices will help you to feel calm, grounded and positive. Pilates Sessions will incorporate mindful breath-work, body and self awareness, play, grounding, gratitude and intention setting (as well as my usual ass-kicking workout!)

Online Pilates will be held every day from 1st - 7th January 2021 at 4.00pm (GMT+8 timezone). Following each class I will also be sharing my favourite mindfulness resources so you can continue to practice at home.

Featuring the seated basic Pilates exercises Seated Spine Twist and Saw - this is a great workout for postural stability and breath control. The spine twist involves taking in a lot of fresh air and using movement to expel old air forcefully, feeling as though you are literally wringing the dead air out. The Saw also involves weighting the lower half of the body, which encourages pelvic stability, strengthens the muscles of the spine, and stretches the hamstrings, hips, and deep abdominal muscles.
