At a retreat center located in Costa Rica, I had the opportunity to experience a 3 week long retreat with Grand Master Wong Kiew Kit along with a close group of individuals. Each week we targeted a specific area of the body! First, we began with 18 Lohan Hands, the second week we moved into sinew metamorphosis of the muscle and tendons, and concluded our last week with Zen meditation. It was an amazing experience!
