📣 NOTICE: GENERAL ULTRASOUND RESERVATION FEE POLICY

Due to multiple no-shows without prior notice from patients booked for General Ultrasound, we will now be implementing a P500 reservation fee starting today.

As much as we wanted not to impose this, our only minimal request is simple:
If you can’t make it, please inform us in advance—just give Dra. Hicarte a heads-up.

Please understand that our radiologist visits the clinic specifically for your scheduled appointment. A no-show not only wastes precious time, but also affects other patients who could have taken your slot.

This reservation fee ensures respect for our doctors’ time and helps us run our clinic more efficiently.

📍The P500 fee will be forfeited if you are more than 15 minutes late from your scheduled time.

Due to repeated no-shows from patients booked for the Congenital Anomaly Scan (CAS) without prior notice, we will now be implementing a P1,000 reservation fee starting today.

As much as we wanted to avoid this, our only simple request has always been:
If you can’t make it, please let us know.

Please take note:
When you book a CAS procedure, we reserve two full hours exclusively for you.
When you don’t show up without informing us, we lose the chance to accommodate at least two other patients scheduled for standard procedures.

This reservation fee is our way to maintain fairness and ensure smooth clinic operations.
📍The P1,000 fee will be forfeited if you are more than 30 minutes late from your scheduled time.

Para iwas confusion, momshie, here’s what it really means kapag sinabi naming walk-in, first come, first serve:

1️⃣ Pagdating nyo po sa clinic, walang assurance na agad kayo ang mahaharap kay Doc. Depende po kung may nauna na sa inyo.

2️⃣ Ang waiting time ay hindi namin kontrolado.
Depende po ito sa case ng naunang pasyente. May mga pagkakataon na may komplikasyon kaya mas matagal ang oras na kailangang ibigay ni Dr. Ventura. gaya ng lagi naming sinasabi, hindi minamadali ang serbisyo dahil ang goal namin ay bigyan kayo ng sulit at maayos na alaga. 🩺✨

3️⃣ Plan ahead.
Kung plano nyo pong bumisita as WALK-IN, mas mainam na i-message muna kami sa FB page para malaman kung may naka-schedule na special procedure sa araw ng visit ninyo.

👉 Example: Kung sinabi namin na available ang walk-in hours by 10:30 AM, pero may nauna na dumating sa oras na iyon — sila po ang priority.

📌 Note: Hindi po namin mape-predict kung gaano karami ang pasyente sa araw-araw. Minsan marami, minsan naman wala. Ang susi: alamin muna kung may special procedure para ma-estimate ninyo ang waiting time at kung willing kayong maghintay.

✨ Sa madaling salita:
WALK-IN PATIENTS = WILLING TO WAIT. 💕

Tandaan: Wala naman atang establisyemento na walang pila — mapa-LTO, SSS, o clinic, lahat pantay-pantay! 🙌
Ang difference lang? Sa amin, hindi kayo basta number — priority namin ang maayos at sulit na alaga. ✨

May mga pagkakataon talaga na nagiging firm si Doc — especially when it comes to your health and your baby’s safety.

Nagiging strict kapag:

👉 Late sa appointment
👉 Hindi nasusunod ang gamot, ultrasound, laboratories o follow-up schedule
👉 Humihingi ng medical certificate na retroactive ang date
👉 Mas pinaniniwalaan pa si Google kaysa sa medical advice 😅
👉 Ipinipilit ang gusto kahit hindi ito ang medically appropriate
👉 Nagpi-picture o video kahit may malinaw na “No Photo/Video” policy sa ultrasound room
👉 Pinipilit magpa-ultrasound ang menor de edad na walang legal guardian

Para pong exam sa school. 🎒✏️
Kapag may exam, kailangan muna mag-test bago mabigyan ng grade.

Ganun din po sa Fit to Work certificate. 🩺📄
Hindi po ito simpleng papel lang. Kailangan po munang ma-check ng doctor kung maayos ang kalusugan ninyo bago kayo sabihing fit o ready na magtrabaho.

Minsan po, maaaring mag-require si Dr. Ventura ng ilang laboratories o ultrasound. 🧪🩻
Mahalaga pong gawin ang mga ito dahil ang mga resulta ang magiging basehan kung maaari na kayong bigyan ng Fit to Work.

Ginagawa po ito para:
✔️ Masigurong ligtas kayong magtrabaho
✔️ Tama at responsable ang medical certificate
✔️ May maayos na medical basis ang desisyon ng doctor

Tandaan po:
Kapag tinanong ninyo kami ng “Pwede po bang kumuha ng Fit to Work kahit hindi magpa-check up?”
