Apples hand picked from trees a short walk from the sauna and pressed within the village.
A delicious, refreshing post-sauna drink.

When you’re already soaking you might as well spray each other with water 😂

I was in the sauna, getting the fire going. I could hear shrieks of delight - not unlike what I hear when sauna goers get under the cold shower.
This lot were having the time of their lives 🤩
You can come and use the hose pipe too if you want 😂

Its new for us to have a week day session so it will be a bit of an experiment to see when works best, but Thursday was the most popular in the poll…

What a way to finish the year .
Celebrating for Cancer Research UK - with a sauna, a cold dip, mince pies and mint tea.

10 (plus a few extras) joined our sauna team and incredibly raised over £4200 for

Thank you to everyone who’s donated, helped, dipped.
We missed those who couldn’t be with us today.

I (Laura) have directly benefited from the work of Cancer Research UK so I’m very grateful for everything we’ve raised. There still time to donate… 😉 link in our bio.

This rounds up a year of fundraising.

We hold annual fundraising gatherings for a farm mental health charity and MacMillan.
We also hosted retreats for .

I haven’t added it up but we can’t be too far off raising £10,000 since we launched the sauna 18 months ago which is brilliant.

We might be a small sauna business but we’re mighty and dedicated to helping our community. Thank you for being part of it ❤️

What a start to NYE! Perfect conditions for a sauna and cold dip ❤️

Can’t wait to welcome some of our brilliant team of cold dippers who’ve done for - and have raised over £4000! Free saunas for this wonderful bunch… and no doubt some cold plunges.

We’re open from 9:30am today. We’ve got a few communal and private hires left over the next couple of days - but DM if you can’t see what you’d like.
