This year has asked a lot of us individually and collectively. It’s been a season of shedding, reassessing, and listening more closely to what our bodies and lives are actually asking for.

In the Year of the Snake, wisdom doesn’t come from moving faster it comes from moving with precision and care.

That awareness shaped this decision.

Rest doesn’t need to be rushed to be real.
We don’t need permission to slow down, or proof that we deserve rest.

Many of us are carrying full lives, full responsibilities, and full nervous systems and still telling ourselves we should be able to push through.

I tried Gravity Stretching today and my body needed this.

I was telling my brother last night that dragonflies visit me often, so I finally looked up the symbolism… and it makes so much sense for this season. Dragonflies are all about quiet transformation moving from deep emotional waters into clarity, lightness, and truth. They teach you to see beyond illusion, to stop bracing for the worst, and to let your mind imagine joy again. And in so many cultures, they’re also messengers of protection and guidance. It feels like a reminder that I’m evolving, I’m supported, and I’m stepping into a softer, freer version of myself. 🫶🏾✨
