Tomas came to Stretch Life to relieve muscle tension and stiffness from some hard gym workouts. He felt lighter, muscle pain was gone and he even walked taller after just one 50min PNF assisted stretch. Plus, he didn't feel any pain at all throughout unlike his gym sessions!

The most important thing you can do for your body in your 40s and 50s has nothing to do with the gym.
