Over the last few weeks I have been enjoying this beautiful blend of magical herbs...

Mugwort 💚 Chamomile 💛 Bobinsana 💜

Mugwart (Artemisia Vulgaris)
Dream weaver
Believed to enhance dreams and intuition.
Increases circulation and nutrition into the nerves and muscles.
Believed to be one of the nine sacred herbs given to the World by the God Woden.
In Pagan traditions it would be worn as a belt or garland for Summer Solstice celebrations then burned in the fire to ensure protection throughout the year.

Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)
Associated with the Sun 🌞
Eases anxiety,
Aids sleep,
Banishes negative energy,
Boosts immune system,
And aids digestion.

Bobinsana (Calliandra augustifolia)
A sacred Amazonian plant known as 'sirenita' or 'mermaid' due to its deeply creative feminine spirit.
Helps to access and heal emotional wounds.
Creates a heart led opening to spiritual connection.

All three herbs also relieve menstrual tension and can aid in bringing ease to symptoms of PCOS, POS and endometriosis.

So I created these images to make it clear what foods, exercise and fasting are suitable for each phase.
And I thought I would share them with you...
Not everyone's cycle is the same length so the cycle days may be slightly different for you. As with everything, tune into yourself and see what feels the best for you.
