Remedial Massage is a therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage, which is very trusted and popular in Australia. Remedial Massage is based on Swedish oil massage and uses several specialized techniques such as Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Muscle Energy Techniques. Hot Stone Massage is a very special massage technique which releases deep muscular tension with the use of smooth, flat and heated rocks. This deeply relaxing procedure will enhance the blood and lymphatic circulation, as well as help to tone the muscles. Clients love the feeling of the warmed rocks sliding smoothly over their body with firmer pressure being applied over the tight spots in the muscles in order to release them. This massage is not just the ultimate indulgence for the colder winter months but also in the summer months as it can help to release stagnant heat trapped in the muscles at this time, allowing you to feel cooler and calmer afterwards. Remedial Massage (or Swedish massage or Deep tissue massage) combined with Hot Stone Massage therapy is a very unique combination of therapies offered at Supple providing you with added results and added value. My clients loved my massage, and the results speak for themselves. I left Australia to return to Japan in 2013 which is when I established my own salon called “Supple -Remedial Massage & Hot Stone Therapy ” located in Nagakute City, 6.5km away from Hoshigaoka, which also has convenient on-site parking available. I also started working at Sakae studio, located in the middle of Sakae, every Monday & Thursday.
