This is unique platform for the SESSI (Sindh Employee's Social Security Institute) Doctors for their Legal Rights & Rights of Humanity according constitution and Law of Our Province Sindh & Country Pakistan. Like every where administration deny / neglects basics rights of SESSI Doctors which are serving in same type of Hospital & similar duty like all over the world. Our SESSI administration had did same and explaining that this is Autonomous body so we (administration) cannot give your basic rights which time by time are given to us by assemblies and laws and Governments as all over the country
Main Pitfall is that there are two groups in Social Security.
1. group is Medical / Health group. All rights which can be given by government / assembly notification to all employee's including administration group they can be entitled also by doctors / health group if such type of benefit which is not in favor of Admn group that facility cannot be provisioned to SESSI DOCTORS cause if no benefit to admn than it should not be allowed to doctors that is main ideology of Administration. Suppose Special allownces of doctors given by Govt in 2011still SESSI not gave to his Drs. Senority problems, Promotion Problems, Medical facility for patients such type of lot of problems.
