Pain hurts. Not just physically, but emotionally. It can feel like you will always be stuck in it. đŠ
Save this for the next time you get injured (because you canât bubble wrap yourself). And remember, strength training is a fantastic way to reduce risk of injury, but itâs not a guarantee.
If you go too hard too soon after an injury, you are likely to get re-injured. đ
Ease into movement (ask for help if you donât know how!) and rebuild gradually. Your body will thank you.
