This is for the impulsive folks.

There’s no need to immediately jump into action. You can take a bit to consider all your options. In fact, you’re more likely to be successful at whatever self care you choose if you choose it deliberately!

If you’re the opposite and tend to think and think and think for years before taking action, maybe you needed that much time to be sure it was the right choice. Or maybe, it’s take to take another brave step toward actualizing what you want!
