SAVE THIS POST IF YOU WANT MASSIVE ARMS.

Here are the best exercises for hitting both your biceps and triceps.
These exercises are proven to have the highest peak contraction of your arms, which will help lead to the best growth of these muscles.
I made the big mistake, in the past, of only training my arms once per week. I was leaving gains on the table. If you’re serious about growing your arms you need to train them at least x2/3 times per week. I started to do this and I added an inch to my arms in a matter of weeks. And so can you!
Put these exercises in your program from now on and watch how quickly your sleeves start to shrink around your arms.

Back in the gym after one week. Had a chest infection so decided to rest otherwise I would have ended up getting worst. Did legs, 1 set for each exercise. A week off makes a massive difference so you don’t go hard when you come back otherwise you will end up mad sore, injured or something else. Also need to get use to the movements again.

Starting with the bro-splits that train one body part per day. Yeah thats not too effective, but truth is some people still get jacked off it and are firm believers in its usefulness. 🤔

Why? Because they enjoy it, believe it works and thus can stick to it.🙂

I talk to people every day caught up in too much cardio and too much HIIT. And although they may be going to classes that use weights — they aren’t actually pursuing strength.

So they don’t get the benefits that go with it.

Strength training isn’t about lifting the most weights possible and it isn’t doing as many squats or lunges as you can in a minute with light dumbbells or just bodyweight.

You’ve gotta first make sure you’re doing these movements correctly so you don’t get hurt and so muscle actually develops in a way that looks balanced and helps improve posture.

Once that’s good, you should be adding weight. This will result in feeling stronger and making good movement more natural (as long as you don’t forget form).

Where do you start? If you’re not sure, start light. Then add weight. Do this for each movement: squats, hip hinges, lunges, pushes and pulls. Reps mostly between 8-15 per set.

If you’re confused, one of each works great per workout for 3 or 4 sets.

Once your confident with form, start challenging yourself. The reps shouldn’t be easy — aim to do a little more each workout.

Once you start doing that, and getting variety in different movements, you’ll get all kinds of benefits.

Self-confidence, healthier bones, you’ll be leaner and stand taller. You’ll also perform better in sports or handling daily movements and tasks. Grocery shopping and your day will get easier.

You’ll eventually get to the point where you’ve realized this is what you were looking for all along. And then you won’t be able to stop.

I’m sure many of you have felt or had the opposite thoughts to some or all of these. I’ve been in the same boat. I have felt like given up many times, didn’t think I was good looking enough and why am I here, whats my purpose? First things first...whether you workout in the morning or evening or anywhere in between, the fact that you're getting one in is what matters. Some people will say the morning is better because of XY and Z and others will say the evening is better, but truthfully it is what you prefer and your preference!

However, there are benefits and detriments to working out at different times of the day! Working out in the morning is a great way to start the day, kicks up your metabolism to a whole new level of burning, is usually when you're the most awake to get it done, and definitely gets you energized for the rest of the day, not to mention it's over and done with and you don't have to worry about it later! However, you have less food in you, thus less fuel, and if you're not an early bird, you're probably not going to have too much fun doing it bright and early😂! On the other hand, working out in the evening is one of the best destressers from the day, you'll be able to lift more from the additional good in your system (more food means more fuel) and you can sleep in an extra hour or so, but you may have to push through fatigue that you gained throughout the day and psychologically it is a bit harder to have gone through a whole work day, still knowing that you have to workout.

Personally I prefer to do it in the morning. Get it out the way and you don’t have to worry about it later. Also gym gets more busy in the evenings.
