Services include 1:1 coaching and support, NLP Practitioner Training and Conversations for Change training for support professionals. I’m a Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), certified with the Society of NLP. I’ve been on an incredible personal and Professional journey with NLP since 2015. Humbly, I can say that I have supported a great array of people through these years to adjust to circumstances… or create change in their life… or generate an evolution within themselves or in others. I use NLP as a model of change support in any-and-all areas of life and corners of the mind, in both personal and professional contexts. Services:
Change coaching: 1-1 Support. Constructive conversation. Training: Introduction to NLP (1 Day). NLP Practitioner Course (10 Days over 5 months). Conversations For Change: skills training for professionals (bespoke). 3-Step-Rewind training. It is important to me that I let you know that I only ever plan for ONE conversation (session) with a client. I assume that we will meet once, have a really interesting, constructive conversation and the person will choose to move forwards from that point. I will never apply any pressure, or work in any way, that causes you to work with me over multiple sessions. That being said, for those that choose it as useful, I am always happy to offer multiple conversations to support a person over a period of time. What is NLP? Well now… how long have you got?! It is my intention (as I write this) that my social media posts will give you some insight into NLP, through my own stories and information sharing. If you follow me on Instagram, you’re likely to see a more sweary, direct and colourful analysis of my own thoughts and experiences!! As a starting point though…. in my own words I say that:
NLP is a method that helps people to 1) more clearly see what it is that they WANT and to move towards that more easily…. this is usually very different to how we mostly naturally operate: focusing on what we DON’T WANT and using our energy to avoid that.
2) Often along the way with NLP, the person will notice things about themselves that they didn’t previously see, showing them how they tick and how this may have played out in the past. This new information, along with tools they can practice, allows the person to make change and have more choice and control over their thoughts and actions into the future. More formal academic description snippets are: NLP is the study of the structure of human experience, a Generative model of change, a process that builds a linguistic map of our own world enabling us to understand our behaviours, thoughts and feelings both in the past and into the future. On a personal note:
Anyone who knows me will be chuckling in agreement when I say that I am genuinely passionate about NLP! It has changed my life and my relationship with myself and will continue to do so forever more. However… please don’t confuse that with me claiming to have it all sussed out, sailing through a life full of rainbows and unicorns! I am full of chaos and joy and struggle and laughter and overwhelm and love and life. I find ‘Adulting’ a challenge and it is precisely because of this that I am such an avid fan of NLP for everyone. As far as I’m concerned, the NLP model and tools should be compulsory curriculum to equip humans for the kaleidoscope of internal and external experiences that are life!
