Looking for the perfect healthy body isn't hard to find..the journey begins with some simple changes to your lifestyle.
The right diet,exercises and stress-relief plan all going to play a big role.
The first step in maintaining a healthy lifestyle is to follow a heart-healthy diet...this following easy recipe will keep away problems like heart disease and stroke; •eating more fruits and vegetables...which is the most essential because of its important content of vitamins and minerals. A high diet in fruit and vegetables can protect you against cancer,diabetes and heart diseases.
•choose whole grains....Whole grains is packed with protein,fiber,B vitamins, antioxidants and trace Minerals. A diet rich in whole grain has shown to reduce risk of heart diseases, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and some forms of cancer
•choose lean proteins like poultry,fish,beans and legumes... Lean proteins reduce hunger and boost metabolism which won't make you gain weight if you eat fewer calories than you burn...Higher protein intake is bad especially if you eat a lot of junk food causes high cholesterol level.
•Nd lastly cut down on processed foods,sugar,salt and saturated fats.
The second step is regular exercise... The more active you are the better. Exercises boost heart health,builds muscle and bone strength and wards off health problems. Aim for 2 and a half hours of moderate activity...if its even brisk walking or dancing every week...and if you are busy,walk often.
A good target is 10,000 steps a day.
Another step is to lose weight. when you shed pounds,you'll lower your risk of heart diseases, type 2 diabetes and cancer
Visit your doctor regularly, get regular checkups,create healthy habits,don't smoke,reduce alcohol intake And most importantly, cut down stress..it can take a toll on your health..try to set limits with yourself and others..its OK to say No sometimes.
