✨ Thank you for co-creating this beautiful workshop of Somatics & Mindfulness with me.

Our first one together, but definitely not the last 💫 We received such wonderful feedback and, most of all, we deeply enjoyed sharing our passions with love and devotion.

Walking this path all together 🌀 with everyone who chooses to return to their center, grow resilience, and expand their capacity to hold space for themselves and others. Through breath, presence, and mindful movement we reconnected to what really matters.

Each step we take, we widen our window of tolerance, embracing love and transformation along the way.

Less is more, and from that space, everything becomes possible. Choosing every day to serve, transform, and evolve into better versions of ourselves. 🌿🙏🏻

We can’t wait to keep creating spaces like this, and to walk this path with all of you who feel the call. 💫

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE💧
Feeling grateful to be on this journey of learning more about the LYMPHATIC SYSTEM one of the most vital and often UNDERESTIMATED systems in the human body.

It moves SLOWLY, with its OWN RHYTHM, and responds best to GENTLE CARE and PRESENCE.

Learning to connect with the lymph means learning to SLOW DOWN, FEEL, and LISTEN to the body in a more subtle way.

This system is ALWAYS WORKING 
but with the right support, we can ENHANCE its natural functions:
✨ Clearing toxins and waste
✨ Reducing swelling and inflammation
✨ Balancing fluid levels
✨ Strengthening the immune system
✨ Supporting overall healing and vitality

This experience reminded me that HEALING isn’t always about doing more 
Sometimes it’s about doing LESS, but with INTENTION.

More softness. More connection. More flow.

Honoring your boundaries is an act of self-respect and care. Boundaries are the invisible lines that define where we end and the world begins 🌀 physical, emotional, and energetic.

They are not walls to keep others out but bridges to deeper self-awareness , respect and authentic healthy relationships.

In my upcoming workshop ‘Freiheit zu Sein,’ we’ll explore how to reconnect with our personal boundaries, feel them first in our body to learn how to strengthen them, and learn to communicate them with clarity and compassion.

Where in your life could you honor your boundaries more?

Honoring mu boundaries gives me so much freedom in my being, it’s not always a easy way to find the right balance but is worth to work on it…as a peolpe pleaser working on my boundaries is essential for my own health and being able to continue share my passion with love and don’t get drained… 🤍 so I want to share with others wht helped me 😊 to find more ease and balance.

Touch is more than a physical act, it’s a profound way to connect with ourselves and others.

When approached with awareness, it becomes a silent form of communication, reaching beyond words to create a deep sense of presence and connection.

True touch is about listening with our hands and hearts, sensing the subtle movements within. It’s a shared experience where both the giver and receiver meet in the moment, in this connection we open space for healing, compassion, and understanding.

At its core this process is rotted in love 🤍
It reminds us that we’re not separate but part of a greater web of relationships 🌀

♾️It bridges the physical and unseen, offering a path to presence, unity, and transformation.

You are the healer within.
You are the one deciding where to go.
Every breath, every thought, every intention contributes to your well-being .
Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about reconnecting with your wholeness, with your center..

You are the responsable of your body.
Your body holds memories, experiences, and emotions…
both the beautiful and the challenging.
It knows how to heal if you listen to its whispers.
You are giving the permission to release..
Honor your body’s language,
as it speaks to you in sensations, aches, and instincts.
You are you own frequency ,
You are the change you seek for,
You are the alchemist,

🔑SAFETY is key, feeling SAFE it tallows us to slow down, feel joy, be present, and rest.

Slowing down is essential there’s no other way. You can’t heal if you’re constantly rushing.

Even during busy times, it’s essential to create moments of stillness.

High stress can disconnect us from our bodies, and ignoring symptoms only adds layers of tension, anxiety, and rigidity, affecting the adaptability of our nervous system.

When we’re stuck in survival mode, our nervous system can’t heal or grow.

We struggle to make clear decisions, communicate effectively, or pursue joy and safety.

Instead, we look for quick solutions rather than moving through a process.

This is where somatic coaching and massage therapy can help ⤵️

Did you know stress can build up in specific muscles, causing pain and discomfort?

🚨Being filled with survival hormones all day long can seriously affect your physical body in multiple ways.
↪️One of the biggest impacts is chronic tension in the muscles that keep you in a constant state of fight or flight—always “ready” to respond to danger, even when none is present.

When your body is stuck in this state, it holds tension in key areas to prepare for immediate action.

Here’s where you might feel it:

• Neck & Shoulders (Trapezius, Levator Scapulae): These muscles tighten as your body braces for a potential threat.

• Jaw (Masseter & Temporalis): Anxiety can lead to clenching, as your body prepares to “bite down” in response to stress.

• Base of Skull (Suboccipitals): The tension here often results in headaches, a sign that your body is in a heighte
• Lower Back (Paraspinals): Chronic stress can cause lower back tension as your body readies itself for action.

• Chest (Pectoralis Major): In fight-or-flight mode, your chest may tighten, making it feel harder to breathe deeply.

• Abdomen (Re**us Abdominis): Your core muscles tighten, as if preparing to protect your vital organs.

• Psoas: Known as the “fight-or-flight” muscle, the psoas connects your lower spine to your legs, and it often tightens in response to stress, contributing to lower back pain and pelvic discomfort.

• Hands & Forearms: Stress often manifests in your hands and forearms, readying them for a defensive response.

Our therapeutic massage and somatic coaching are the perfect combo to help release your body of these stress-induced tensions, bringing it back into balance. 🌿
