Tracey Clevenger- Fit-Ology I want to help you live a healthier, happier life! I am a mother of 4 amazing children. I have went through some really bad times that nearly broke me.

My health and fitness were not good. I had horrible eating habits, no self esteem, I did not care what happened to me. Then one day I had a wake up moment. A friend on Facebook was a Beachbody coach and had posted about a clean eating challenge group she was hosting. I asked to join, as I had gotten tired of being tired and feeling awful.
