Costco has ENDLESS healthy and high-protein foods, but these are some of my go-to favorites that are quick, easy, and versatile.

🐔 Chicken Burgers – The Amy Lu line is delicious, with burgers, sausages, and meatballs that cook up fast. Just be sure to check the labels since protein amounts vary.
🍣 Smoked Salmon – Perfect on salads, bagels, or just as a quick protein snack. Costco’s fish selection is always worth a look.
🍗 Pulled Chicken – A lifesaver for busy weeks. I love using it in soups or quick meals when I don’t have time to cook chicken from scratch.
🍤 Raw Shrimp – Peeled, deveined, and tail-off makes these super convenient. I thaw them in the fridge or under cold water for an easy protein option.
🦃 Ground Turkey Breast – Lean, mild, and cooks fast—without that overpowering rosemary taste some brands have.
🥪 Cooked Turkey Breast – Great quality for the price. I slice it myself for sandwiches or quick meals.
