🌿🌮🥑Chicken Tacos with Avocado Salsa🥑🌮🌿
• Chicken, cilantro-lime cabbage slaw, and homemade tomato avocado salsa, all tucked inside warm tortillas🍋
PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 2 MINUTES
TOTAL TIME: 22 MINUTES
SERVINGS: 4
CALORIES: 271 KCAL
• Ingredients:
8 Small corn tortillas🌮
3 cups Cooked chicken cut into bite-sized pieces* See Notes
2 cups Shredded red cabbage
2 tablespoons Lime juice divided use🍋
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1/2 cup Chopped cilantro divided use
1 cup Cored seeded and diced tomatoes🍅
1 cup Diced avocado🥑
2 tablespoons Minced red onion
Salt to taste🧂
• Instructions:
Place the cabbage in a medium bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro, and salt to taste. Toss to combine all of the ingredients and set aside. Slaw can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours before serving.
In a medium bowl combine the tomato, avocado, red onion, 1/4 cup cilantro, 1 tablespoon lime juice and salt to taste. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
To assemble, warm the tortillas and lay them on a flat surface. Place approximately 1/4 cup cabbage slaw onto each tortilla. Divide the chicken evenly among the tortillas and then top with the salsa. Serve immediately
• Recipe Notes:
Cook the Chicken breasts to your liking. Either pan sear it or grill in the oven. Use any spices you like as marinade. For this recipe, I simply pan seared the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a bit of oil

🌿🍔15-Minute Thai Chicken Burger🍔🍅
• Ingredients (4serves):
1tbs olive oil
2 Macro chicken breasts, butterflied
1 tsp minced garlic
4 whole grain burger buns or bread rolls, halved
2 fresh beetroot, thinly sliced
1 x 315g bag Woolworths Thai style salad kit
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
• Method:
1. Heat grill on high. Heat oil in non-stick frying pan over medium to high heat and cook butterflied chicken breasts with garlic for 4 minutes each side, or until cooked through
2. Place the burger buns or bread rolls under the grill, turning after 1 minute or until golden on both sides. Steam beetroot in a microwave-safe bowl with a little bit of water for 2 minutes or until soft
3. Place thai salad into a bowl, dress and toss to combine
4. To assemble the burgers, slice each chicken fillet into 2 pieces. Place 1/3 cup of salad onto each bun base then top with 3 to 4 slices of beetroot and tomato, chicken slices and bun top
5. Serve with remaining salad on side and ENJOY✨

• The recommendations vary based on your goals.
To improve health and reduce fatigue and stress, place one large plant (8-inch diameter pot or larger) every 129 square feet. In office or classroom settings, position plants so each person has greenery in view🌿
• To purify air, use 15-18 plants in 6-8-inch diameter pots for an 1,800-square-foot house. That's roughly one largerplant every 100 square feet. Achieve similar results with two smaller plants (4-5-inch pots)🌿

🌿🍪” 28 By Sam Wood Choc Chickpea Biscuits” 🍪🌿
INGREDIENTS:
1 can chickpeas drained, rinsed and patted dry with paper towel
1/4 cup of crunchy peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
2tbs coconut oil
1 tsp baking powder (or gluten free baking powder)
100 g 85% dark chocolate chopped into small chunks
2 tbs coconut flour
METHOD:
1. Preheat an oven to 180°c. Line a baking tray with baking powder
2. Place all ingredients except chocolate into a blender and pulse for 45 seconds to 1 minute or until all ingredients are blended together and the mixture is a doughy consistency
3. Place dough into a large mixing bowl and fold through the choc trunks
4. Scoop out spoonfuls of dough and roll them into 10 balls, it is easiest to do this with wet hands as the mixture will be sticky
5. Place the balls onto the baking sheet and flatten them using the back of a spoon
6. Place into the oven and bake for 12-13 minus or until golden brown and cooked through
7. Remove from oven and cool on rack. These biscuits can be kept in an airtight container for up to 5 days

30 g orange peel, cut into pieces (without the white part)

30 g of comfrey leaves, chopped
30 g chamomile flowers .
30 g almond flour . • These amounts are for 6 or 12 baths, depends on the amount you throw in each one. Mix all ingredients in a container, such as a glass jar with airtight lid and store in a dry, dark place (not in the bathroom)
