Let's do this.....👍

Have you planned out your September health & fitness goals? I want to really focus more on self care than the negative junk out there these days. 😉My first goal is fitness as usual...I am going to stay active daily but I am going to start another BOD (Beachbody on Demand) program. You might have noticed I shared a poll this past week trying to decide which program to do.

It's between Muscle Burns Fat and 10 Rounds. Looks like 10 Rounds is going to be the clear winner. Plus I have always loved boxing so it would be a good fit. If you want to start any of the BOD programs with me, I have private group options where we can workout and share our results together. It will be amazing to hold each other accountable. Want to commit to a program with me? Let's chat. Or if you know of anyone who could benefit, I'm here! I'll be starting one of the above workouts on September 14th. Let's do this!👊

A few of my other goals include: drink my daily super food shake, stay consistent with low carb, drink more water, less diet drinks, keep track of workouts on my calendar, do daily workout check in's to stay accountable and keep a daily video journal when I start the new workout program so I can look back on my progress. 👍

I will mix things up as usual because you know I gets bored easily lol So mixed in with the main workout, I'll keep doing my rebounding and spinning. I want to work on getting better sleep and wake early like I used to so I can kick butt and slay all my goals (personal, business, life). Consistency is key.

Just putting this out there has me excited for what lies ahead in September and beyond.

Day 4 complete. I love this workout. Today was ab intervals and although I couldn't do any of the floor work I made it happen (my new motto). And sweated too.😉

I love that I can modify the modifier lol I’m not able to do floor work but I did my own standing moves close to what they were doing in the program yay! Make it happen. I did my rebounding too😉 what workout did you do today?

It almost been 3 full months of daily rebounding. Love this exercise so much. I’m going to keep it a goal to do this daily as long as we’re home. Did you exercise today?

Here are some of the best at home fitness programs to help motivate you to get or stay moving. It's especially important to be active during trying times. It will totally make a difference in how you feel. So many great companies are providing free workouts for a limited time. The only thing getting me through this crazy time besides God and praying of course…. are my workouts. I'm currently using the mini trampoline and doing Beachbody workouts. My fav. So proud of myself...🤩

And just like that, the month is over. I feel really good for what I accomplished. My main goal was to ease back into my workouts and this month proved I did it right. I’m impatient and really want to do more but I’ll get there. Sticking with the same schedule and I *might* add on a little more rebounding. We’ll take it day by day! How did your month go?
