C-section Scar Massage
When?
◽️There isn't a magical date that will mean that you feel comfortable touching it or a light that will go off that tells you that today is the day.
◽️BUT there are things you can do from the get-go that are gentle and allow you to progress gradually.
My Advice
◽️Make an appointment with a pelvic health physio that you know, like, and trust in pregnancy so you feel comfortable reaching out with your questions postpartum.
I offer online and in person appointments -- access my books through the link in my bio!
Not sure which to book? Feel free to DM me!
More questions on c-sections? Check on episodes 65 and 61 of the Pelvic Floor Project Podcast, linked in my bio.
