But these fajita burgers tonight will hit the spot 😋(serve with a side of veggies or a small salad)
With the Faster Way App and access to a huge library of meals - there are so many delicious easy to prepare and healthy recipes at your fingertips. Takes out all the guesswork and I’m never bored of the same old thing.
- 93% lean grass fed beef
- mix in to the ground beef taco seasoning, garlic powder, oregano, salt & pepper
- Make patties and grill, broil or sautee
- grill peppers and onion
- Top fajita burgers with peppers, onions, I added salsa and avocado 🥑
- Served mine on a lettuce bun with a side of green beans

Resilience isn’t about never falling. It’s about knowing that when life knocks you down—
YOU have the power to rise.
No magic fix. No waiting for the “right time.” Just a deep inner strength that says:
“I’ve got me.” 💪

Because let’s be honest… life is going to keep life-ing. 😅 Vacations happen, life changes, family and work demands continue, the plans will change, the stress will sneak in. But that doesn’t mean you crumble or throw in the towel.
This is where the real growth happens; when you learn to pivot like a pro, when you keep showing up with grace and grit, and when the tools you’ve gathered start working for you.
Take a breath, friend. You are capable. You are strong. You’ve come too far to stop now.

Food is medicine. That's why we focus on eating whole food nutrition, and balancing our macros ...with the right amount, amounts of protein, fiber, healthy fats, and the right amount of whole-grain carbs, fruits, and veggies.
🥗 What food do you enjoy eating that makes you feel better?
For me...it's healthy fats like avocados. Before I started the Faster Way I stayed away from fats and was not getting enough healthy fats to help balance my hormones.
