Finally getting back into my practice after neglecting it for so long. Starting out with vinyasa and yin yoga, and today suspended yoga. Slowly working out the all the trauma my body has been holding on to the last few years.
Feeling that old familiar ‘bite’ you get from being out of practice in the hammock - only one way to get past it: sit with it and breathe deep.
Letting go of all judgment and guilt and just listening to what my body needs and learning to be patient with myself. It’s a process indeed, but you have to start again somewhere 🖤
