I was reflecting today on how no one gets mad at the hawk for getting angry to protect its nest or territory, yet my experience as a human thus far is that anger or any “negative” emotions are unwelcome. The hawk is loved for all of its diversity of emotions & expressions. I long to be loved in my entirety: for my shadow & my rainbows 🌈 🖤✨

This letter to her future child in a loving relationship is great. I do remember my mom telling me she never wanted me to feel obligated to visit after I left home. She was so sweet & thoughtful & I definitely would have loved to visit, if only she were still incarnate. I don’t feel I’ll ever stop wishing I could give her at least one more hug 🤗💜❤️‍🩹
