Kinetic Chain Release better known simply as KCR™. A beautifully simple 23 step protocol that allows you to help bring others back into postural alignment. In Hugh’s vast experience as a Physiotherapist he noticed that many people had an apparent leg length difference and by correcting it through KCR many of their other symptoms and issues just melted away.
