Do you live calmly? 🌿
After our delivery last week, I’ll be honest - I’ve been feeling far from calm! Surrounded by unpacked boxes, endless organising and that “so much still to do” energy… it’s easy to lose balance. 😅
But even in the midst of chaos, I’m reminding myself to pause, breathe and return to calm. 💫
Here’s how I’m bringing myself back into balance this week:
✨ Practise Mindfulness: Be fully present, even if the moment feels messy.
🧘♀️ Meditate Daily: Just 5–10 minutes a day can ease stress and increase self-awareness.
🌸 Live Calmly: Adopt habits and perspectives that nurture peace, balance and wellbeing - especially vital when living with coeliac disease or an autoimmune condition, where stress can deeply affect the body.
As a holistic health coach, I believe calm is medicine - for mind, body and soul.
