At the end of September, our founder Jonathan Wiseman spent the weekend in Florida with the team at KILO Education for their PAAB course — an advanced strength and program design certification built for coaches who want to master their craft.

1) Surround yourself with a winning team. Share your goal with friends, family, or a coach who you know will support your efforts.

2) Prioritize consistently showing up. No matter what - show up. If you can only give 50% today? No problem. Showing up with 50% WINS every time against not showing up at all (0%).

3) Celebrate the challenges, enjoy the journey. Celebrate doing hard things. Visualize your goals, and enjoy the pursuit of reaching your goal. Make your workouts as fun as possible - friends, music, podcast. Enjoying the process makes the journey feel easy.
