"Son, what’s wrong?" his mother asked gently. He hesitated, then spoke in a quiet, sad voice, "I feel like you spend more time with your fourth child. You hold and comfort them more than me."

Confused, his mother glanced up from her phone. "My fourth child? I only have three," she replied. He looked at her with pain in his eyes and pointed to the device still in her hand. "Even now," he said softly, "you're doing it again." Half her attention was still on the screen, while his emotional need remained unseen.

Is your phone use a problem? Take this quiz to find out and learn if it’s time to set boundaries.

WHY MEN DON'T OPEN UP TO THEIR WIVES/PARTNERS.

We asked +100 men in our weekly support groups specifically why they don’t go to their spouse or partner during a mental health crisis. Here’s what they said:

💔 64% fear it’ll start an argument or be used against them later (weaponized)
💔 53% don’t want to be a burden (or add to souses burdens)
💔 43% worry their partner’s perception of them will change (for the worse; appearing weak)
💔 32% don’t think their partner can help (or know HOW to help)
💔 31% say their partner doesn’t listen well (lack of empathy and priority)

These are REAL mental health barriers for men!
➡️Fear, shame, and a clear lack of effective communication is absolutely hindering Men's Mental Health and Su***de Prevention.
