Yoga with Leah, Grand Forks & Christina Lake, BC Yoga with Leah, offers Somatics & Yoga classes to Grand Forks and Christina Lake, British Columbia. Everyone is Welcome.

The classes are designed to be accessible to everyone, the movements are to make you feel good! Leah can offer easy alternatives, or challenging alternatives. Also there are alternatives for bad knees, hips, shoulders etc as well. The main goal is to move and enjoy moving! The Pre-paid rate means you buy a number of classes at one time they are $15 each. The Drop-In rate is if you plan to come once and awhile they are $18 each

There may be one spot left for Yoga at the Gallery? What to expect; we will practice Yoga and experience all the benefits of the poses. We will also use some breathing techniques to settle the nervous system and increase our ability to relax in the moment. Further we use the Mackenzie Method for Neck & Shoulder care alongside some manual releases for encouraging lympathic flow. We will focus on increasing and maintaining our mobility, balance and bone health. Other exercises we practice are Somatics, neuromuscular education which works with the nervous system to relieve chronic pain. Moving into the deep relaxation using massage, pandiculations or free flowing movements of your choice. This a a self care, self regulation class, that is designed to help you feel good from head to toe. Register 250-442-2211 GF Art Gallery.
