Beautiful weekend in Mayaro exploring the beach sculptures that nature so magnificently deposited just for our splendor, for our moments in nature, where we completely recharge, energizing the body, mind and spirit. All we have to do is, take the time to stop, to pause, to observe, to appreciate, and to come alive. Thank you Thank you Thank you

We have created an amazing weekend full of fun, adventure and of course some yoga and meditation.

We will hike to which is an easy hike. We will bask in the flutters of the hummingbird wings at while also enjoying a delicious vegetarian lunch as we take in the surrounding nature. We will dine under the stars on an open deck on Saturday night. We will be soothed by the sound of the waves which will bring a deeper release as we create our intentions as we move forward.

We will do our early morning meditation on the beach with a body scrub into the ocean to wash away those samskaras which have been lingering just way too long.

There will be sea bathing, snorkelling, kayaking and time to gather and to disperse in a space of tranquility and vibrancy all at once.

There is very limited space for this retreat so if you are interested then kindly register as soon as possible by sending DM or WhatsApp (868)678 1996

"Privilege is a responsibility. We are privileged to be a part of this incredible country of diversity. We have so much to teach the WORLD. Opening through Vishuddhi Chakra with ahimsa we can all make a difference in this world, a WORLD where we are often skewed by our differences when we could also realise that accepting and honouring our differences is our greatest FORCE ~ namaste" KateDB
