Great day in Boquillas! The tourists are finally coming back after a long hot summer. Theres a need for some cold and flu medicine for adults and kids as we gave out a ton of it today. Oh and lots of hand sanitizer to everyone to keep the germs away. Thanks to everyone who donated boxes and boxes of medicine and supplies! We couldn't keep doing this without your help!!

Ive also had some requests for some femine pads if anyone would like to donate those.

Hey all! We are fairly good on most supplies right now except for the occasional pediatric stuff. However, if anyone would like to send a monetary donation to help with gas to and from Boquillas as it's a 100 mile round trip that would be amazing. You can send money directly to West Texas bank under the name Border Friends Forever or find Ashley Grover or Ryan Wilson or Sue Brown to donate. We work completely for free and everything we do is on a volunteer basis however gas is expensive at times. Thank you!

Thank you all for your continued support and donations. This week we only had a few patients but the sick baby got the medicine appreciated!

Spring break was super busy but I made it back today! Saw about 12 patients. Definitely going to need some electrolytes for adults and kids soon. It's already super hot! Thanks to all who keep supporting! 🥰

Quick trip to Boquillas this weekend to bring medicine for a sick baby. We got the call Friday late in the afternoon. I knew we didn't have the right medicine already in the clinic so I crossed my fingers and hoped the new Dollar General did. I know there's a lot of controversy about it being here in Terlingua, but for myself and others, having access to medicine 5 minutes down the road to medicine is a huge asset.

Brayan update! He is doing well! All healed up! We continue to do the clinic in Boquillas and smaller towns further into Mexico, all based on your donations. Thank you so much for your continued support!

Busy day in the clinic yesterday! Over 30 patients. Lots of cough, cold and flu symptoms with the kids and adults. Ill be taking a trip to Alpine to restock on medicine later this week.

Also got the shelving units put together and started to organize items since our move to the new clinic spot. Could probably use another set as we continue to grow.

Look what your donations did!! For the VERY first time Jaboncillos, Mexico and San Vicente, Mexico have been gifted Christmas presents and school supplies from the American side.

Pictures are from Jaboncillos, Mexico. Jaboncillos is small remote village an hour south of Boquillas, Mexico. San Vicente is about 2 hours west of Boquillas. Their gifts were dropped off in Boquillas and will be given to them in the next few days.
