Last night I crashed on her dorm couch, and she pulled out a quilt for me. Not just any quilt—one of the very first two I ever made. The other went to her sister.

There I was, being tucked in by the very blanket I once stitched for her… the same girl I used to tuck in at night while softly singing my own version of “Godspeed” by The Chicks. Talk about full circle.

Time really does fly. So here’s your reminder: enjoy each moment, love in full color, and hug lots.
